I need support for a problem not in the knowledge base. When I try to pay for another year of support, I get this error message; which isn’t clear to me. So… I need help to understand why I can’t get help.

If you use a subscription, I believe the VIP Support is bundled (ongoing) and the extension to support is only needed for “one-time payment” purchases.
Is your licence from a one-off payment/lifetime licence or part of a subscription?
Suggest you email [email protected] for assistance if you you carn’t purchase the VIP extension.
Hi, I don’t believe I’m paying for an annual subscription. I entered my license activation key and got the message that I quoted.
