How do I keep emails from someone to stop being sent to spam?

My wife’s emails are landing in the spam folder (not good!) but I don’t see a way to mark her email address as not spam. I figure there must be a way to do that but I don’t see it.

you server is thinking that those emails are spam, can you check it on your webmail and set there that this emails address is okay?

eM Client downloads emails in folders exactly like they are on the server.
