How do I import contacts from a web mail service [Cableone/Sparklight]

I set up eM and all jmy folders and email downloaded well. But no contact came with it. How to I move my contacts into eM from my online mail reader [Cableone/Sparklight]?

Hi, yes, we need to know how could we import CSV files into contact folder, but this application doesnot have this feature maybe.
