Found this (BTW: within the client using Help / Support leads to the same page).
However, I can only search for existing articles, cannot register or log in … and cannot place a request.
Is this the idea of VIP Support?
I assumed getting a contact to help desk, ticket number and some treatment to solve the issue…

Hi Michael,
The page contains the knowledgebase, but for VIP Support you need to login using the “LOGIN” box on the left side.
Then you can send in tickets into the system and a technician will be assigned to assist you.
You should have the login details in the first license info mail you got, but you can also use the LOST PASSWORD link to reset the login.
Insert the email address you used to register your license.
