New Computer and installed my license. Now I can’t log in because I don’t know what my 'User Group" name is.
Unfortunately you can’t login to the License Manager. It is for Business Pro license users only.

Yes, as I said you can’t use the License Manager because you don’t have a Business Pro license.
If you let me know what you want to change on your Free license, I will do that for you.
I have a “Pro” license. And I have the same problem- it keeps asking for this mysterious UserGroup. I was hoping to login today and renew my 2 licenses- but don’t see how to do it.
User group is just User.
But you need your username as well and it is not your email address.
If you should have access to License manager and you are not sure of the other parts of the login credentials, use the ‘Reset password’ link, it will include the reset link but also the 2 other parts of the login credentials (group and username).
OK, Thanks. I was confused by “Pro” versus “Business Pro”. Apparently, my Pro license is being phased out.
