How do I do a mass mailing?

I am using the trial version and so far so good. However, I am trying to do a mass mailing but have no idea where to start. I can’t even find the “file menu”. Can you take me through a step by step?

Hi Kathryn,
if you need to send an email to a big group of contacts, you can make a Distribution list in your Contacts (New > Distribution list).
Then when you write your new message just use this Distribution list as the To: contact to send your message to.

Thanks for your reply. I did use distribution list. There were 57 recipients in total and the message was that I had too many recipients. Do you know anything about the File menu where apparently I can select mass mailing?
