Yes, that would resolve it, as the theme used by @Cityguy is not our theme. It could be a custom theme from an older version of eM Client created by him or another user.
Our Dark Theme contact form looks like this:

It’s not exactly what I expected. While there’s is text displayed I find it a bit confusing and probably wouldn’t click it as it just seems a confirmation of the data that you should be entering into the field. I thought I would have seen click to add prefix, suffix, etc. And now it’s hard to see the text on the left of the field which says “Enter name”. Could be better.
