How do I change the view on my Inbox to ONLY see unready messages? I don't need to see the message that has been already answred.

At the top of the left side-bar are the Smart Folders. Among those is a Unread folder. If it is not visible, right-click on Smart Folders and choose Show > Unread.

Yes that is working but I recommend maybe having this option as well on main inbox

That folder does apply to your Inbox. It does include unread messages in all other folders as well, so if that is not what you want, then you can create your own Search Folder to display only unread messages in a specific folder.
