I sent the meeting invitation to the customer, but when I canceled the meeting, I found that there was only the option of “delete”. After I deleted the meeting, I found that eM client did not send any update about the cancellation of the invitation to the customer’s email. How does this work? Eg. we cancel a meeting by outlook calendar, the other party will receive the cancellation notice. Thank you.
Just as the invitation is sent by the calendar server when you create the event in the calendar, when you delete the event that same calendar server will send the cancellation.

Delete the event, or remove the participants. The server will send the cancellation.
