How can I stop a sending email fail error from going off every few minutes

Since yesterday I have gotten this error sending email failed because a recipient is not valid - no draft email exists and the error pops up every few minutes. How to I stop this please

Have you tried deleting the email in the Outbox?

There is no email in the outbox or in the draft folder - it is gone!

Have you checked the Outbox folder in the Local Folders tree?
