I have several Distribution lists where I keyed in the addresses and did not save them in my general contacts. I need to export them for a colleague (and as back up) but can’t find a way to do it. Can you help please?
One method is to save each distribution list as a vCard. That will work fine as a backup and to be used as a distribution list on other PCs or clients.
If you simply want to share the addresses for individual use, I don’t think you can do that directly in eM Client. But once you have the vCard, you could open it as a text file, and with a little automated editing, convert it to a csv file for import into an address book as individual contacts.
