How can I disable the GIANT attachment popups in v10?

How can I disable the GIANT attachment popups in v10? These screen blobs are not necessary and get in the way of using the program.

Can you screenshot an example of the issue ? Blank out anything personal.

Here’s a partial screen snip… when the mouse cursor inadvertantly hovers over attachments, they blowup… some expand upward, some expand downward, obliterating your respective view… you have to carefully avoid the attachments header on the preview pane to avoid this automatic visual nuisance/interruption.

Oh ok, I don’t know of any way to disable the pdf attachment preview window.

Yes the pdf preview window can change “to above or below the attachment” depending on where the attachment line “resides in the computer screen vertically at the time when you hover”.

So if the “email preview window is too low down the Inbox” then the pdf preview window might go above the pdf rather than below. Also if the top of eM Client is too far down your screen, then the pdf attachment window might show above the pdf rather than below so you can still see it.

So try adjusting “where the email preview window is vertically located in the Inbox” which then should display the pdf preview window below the attachments as in my eM Client example below. That way the pdf attachment preview window wont interfere or cover the messages above it.

Now if your Inbox email preview window line “is already near the top of the Inbox” and the top of eM Client GUI is also near the top of your screen, then that might be some something to do with your eg: Display resolution size and if you have any zoom / scaling enabled. So i would recommend a eg: min 2K display 2560 x 1440 and set default 100% “no zoom or scaling” and see if that then displays the pdf preview windows below the attachments.

Yes, I understand all of that… the goal is to disable them… I don’t need them randomly obscuring my work while mousing around, processing email.

Thanks!
