I want to delete several emails as quickly as possible. Is there a way to delete more than one file at a time. For example, in Outlook and Google you can click an email, go to the bottom of a page, click Caps Lock + Control and delete all files that are highlighted together.
You can select multiple e-mails first and then delete them.
Selecting multiple e-mails goes in the ‘standard’ Windows way:
-
select an e-mail
-
press [ctrl] and while pressing [ctrl] click on the other e-mails you want to select.
To select a range of e-mails:
-
select an e-mail
-
press [shift] and while pressing [shift] click on the last e-mail you would like to be parts of the selection.
Hi, was previous reply useful to you?
