Hotmail installed, but cannot use it to send mail

i got my new M3 Ultra and installed eM CLient fresh. So i add a few accounts and one them is my hotmail address and eM did all the work for me. It works, i can see my folders and mail. But i cannot send an email from my Hotmail address, because it is not in the list of Sender. I mean, when i click on New email, normally i could choose from which account i send from. But this time, Hotmail isn’t in between them, but i am synchronized with Hotmail.

What is wrong here? Tried to find something in the settings etc. but nothing helps for now.

Sounds like “AirSync” is not enabled in the account setup. See the below post example.

Cannot send email - no account?

Tried sending a test email - screen shows “no account” Sounds like “Airsync” is not selected. Go to “Menu / Accounts” (PC) or “eM Client / Accounts” (Mac). Then “select your account” on the left and click the “General tab” at the top. Lastly “scroll down to Services” and “tick the AirSync option”. Then Save & Close accounts. [image]
