My hotmail which has worked for months now just twirls and never loads. The inbox at right shows an arrow and the word Older, like it’s stuck on some archive file but I can’t get rid of that folder or move on.
Hello Rick, I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, can you please make a screenshot of the error you’re seeing and submit it to us here on the forum? What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About? Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the application’s ability to connect to the server.
