Not much more to add.
I want to get out of gmail but synching with IE 11 is hard
The work around was this.
I used on one machine. To get up to scratch on my other I bought the subscription & —nothing.

we are very sorry for this inconvenience - due to a temporary problem on our server some licences were issued with a delay. I believe everything is OK now. Can you confirm that?
