Hi, my password was hacked on another platform but I use the same one for EM Client. I don’t remember having to use this password other than when I set up my account. How do I change my passord? Thanks
Once you have changed your password with your email provider, the next time eM Client tries to sync with that provider, it will ask for the password.
If it doesn’t, go to Menu > Tools > Accounts and select the account where you changed the password. On the General tab scroll down to Authentication and type in the new password.
