Hi I'm a new user and most things are fine but emails from one company (a major bank) don't display in html. Can this be fixed?

Hi, do you think you could make a screenshot of how the email is displayed in eM Client? And either post it here or if it contains sensitive information send it to my email [email protected]?
Or export the message into .eml file and send it as an attachment, you can do so by drag and dropping the email onto a new email.

Also what version of eM Client are you currently using and what mail service are you using?
