Keep getting, "An error occurred … [IMAP] cannot open folder “…/inbox/ (Select command is not permitted in current state (NotAuthenticatedServerError)” Can someone help, please?

Here’s the error message:

please turn on IMAP logging in Tools > Settings > Advanced and check IMAP under your msn account.
When this error pops up again, go back to Advanced settings, click Send logs and change the recipient to me ([email protected]) and add link to this forum thread to the body of the email so I can get back to you.

I’m looking at the logs you sent now and it seems that the issue is purely on the server side. Please contact microsoft/outlook support.
