Help Me. How do I reset the password protection of EM Client version Deskto PC?

I’m an Italian user and my English is rudimentary, but I hope you can understand me.
Unfortunately I lost the password to access eM Client on your desktop PC.
I tried to uninstall, delete the folder c: \ program files x86 \ emclient, riprestinare win 8 to the previous state, clean the registo win 8, but every attempt was nil. I would like to resume using eM Client, but do not know how to do. Can anyone help me?


If you are using your IMAP, you can simply delete eM Client’s database folder and set your accounts again. Otherwise, you will have to send us your database so we can try to recover the password.
Database location:
C:\Users%Current User%\AppData\Roaming\eM Client (Vista/Win7)
C:\Documents and Settings%Current User%\Application Data\eM Client (XP)

I face the same problem but how do I send my database to you? Hope you can help so I can use em client again. Thanks
