Help for zoho email failed account set up

I am on a 30 day trial. Failed automatic set up for zoho mail. I have tried repeatedly to set up an account for my zoho.com email.  The automatic diagnostics run, and I receive a message that states :“my passward or user name failed.” However, I was able to successfully login to zoho.com using the same credentials, so I do not think that is the problem  Sadly, emclient then it does not let me manually set up my POP settings afterwards. Does anyone have a suggestion?  How can I get to manually set up my email account?
