8:57:01 AM Cannot send message (Email recipient not accepted by the server.)
I can’t send emails to anyone and get the above error msg. Never had ths problem until this morning; I did get an update notice and downloaded it. Could this maybe cause a problem? I am very frustrated and need help … Tks

to resolve the issue we will need more detailed communication logs.
If you have the newest version of our application (v3.0), you can send them to us this way: go to menu Tools->Settings->Logging, enable Network communication check-box, try to simulate the issue and then turn off and turn on eM Client (it will save logs to files). After that press Send Logs button in menu window above. If you cannot send these logs, please, save them (during the send procedure) and send them to us ([email protected]) by some other way.

I am sorry, network communication logging wasn’t working OK. So we will kindly need you to create them again and now the old way:
- Exit eM Client.
- Extract the file from http://www.emclient.com/tools/System… to C:\Program Files\eM Client\ (or C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client).
- Ensure directory c:\temp exists.
- Launch eM Client, let the error occur. Exit eM Client.
- Directory c:\temp should contain file System.Net.trace.log, please send this file (to [email protected]).
- Remove file MailClient.exe.config from C:\Program Files\eM Client\ (or C:\Program Files (x86)\eM Client).

OK, downloaded the latest version and still an issue - the “To” field in the message is blank.
There were some issues that were resolved in last version, it should be available with the next major version of 3.5
I am a new customer and this software is making my life miserable already. I am unable to send emails at all to anybody. I keep getting the ‘relay access denied’ no matter who I try to email. Can someone help? I am already running the latest version of the software. Please help

Please set the correct authentication settings at the SMTP tab of your account setting (menu Tools->Accounts) - check Server requires authentication and fill correct credentials for this email address.

who is your mail provider? Did you try to use the Diagnose/Fix button in the account properties? If it won’t help, you can eventually send us a screenshot of the account settings so we can check it. Thank you.

pop3 and smtp address are: mail.sanalbakis.com. it is a shared web- hosting. it works with outlook and zimbra.
