Hello i get this error after i removed a virus from my computer and know i lost all my emails and contacts...

it has soemthing to do with the “user folder”\em client\ folder there is a bug or error in this folder

Have you checked your permissions on that folder? Right-click on it in Explorer, select Properties and then switch to the Security tab. Make sure you have both Read and Write permissions on it.
