Hello Uriel, to see your flagged messages in a single folder, please make sure to enable “Smart folders” in Tools > Settings > General, by checking the option “Show smart folders”, unless the option is already enabled. If it is, you can select which smart folders will be visible by right clicking smart folders in the left pane and selecting the “flagged” folder under the “Display” menu.
