I recently got eM for my outlook email account and now receive mail but when I try to send it, it says there is no account set up. HEEEEEEEELP.

in the first place please open your account settings to see, if the SMTP service is enabled. If the SMTP tab is missing, re-create the account manually and let me know if it helps.
