Having email downloading issue

Everything has been working fine, then started getting this notice…

[Exchange Web Services] Creating or updating folder ‘/Inbox/1 FSA/Sake/Billings/Billing 6’ failed due to the following error: ErrorFolderExists

Now I am not getting any emails to me. Also, I is there an email address for technical support directly to EM? O cannot find it.

I must have 15 backed up emails. Help!

Sounds like possibly a ghosted or hidden duplicate same name folder either “locally in eM Client” or “on the Exchange server mailbox end” so the sync then fails. Look for duplicate existing folders in both places under the accounts.

Sometimes a folder might also not be showing directly under the account in eM Client, and you need to press the > More at the bottom to see it.

If you then find a duplicate same name folder “and it has nothing in it”, delete it and then recreate it and then close and reopen eM Client.
