All my accounts with French SFR Business are no more working.
The IMAP and SMTP SSL connection parameters are working on my phone but no more with emClient v10.
I cannot remove the SSL protection.
By the way all Gmail.com and Gandi.net SSL connections are working…
What can I do ?

In short, you should uninstall EMC 10 provided you have a backup made with version 9.
- If you have one or more backups of EMC with version 9, start by copying them to a folder away from EMC.
- Uninstall EMC
- Install version 9 (preferably the same as the one you had). You will find the exe on the EMC site: Release History | eM Client
- Restore the last v.9 backup.
General advice:
- do not jump on major upgrades, wait a few months and check what is said on the forums, unless you are sure of your backups and have time ahead of you.
- Activate EMC’s periodic backup system.
- Have a backup system that is independent of your applications (EMC, etc.).
- make/check a full backup before any major upgrade.

Waited now for 7 month since first try and still have the same problem : all SFR mail connections are no more working. Google and Gandi.net mails are working like a charm.
Can a Mail In Black protection be the source of the problem ?

What is your French SFR “IMAP and SMTP” server settings (Server address, Port & Security policy) ?
Also does your server support OAuth token logins, or do you have to manually setup the account ?

Can you elaborate on what “Black Protection” is ?
Also if you click the drop-down arrow on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations”. Do you see any “obvious error messages” in the Log ?. Blank out anything personal in the log.
