I currently have a license for V9 Pro. I’d like to switch to V10 but, in my situation, upgrading to V10 Pro is not necessary. Instead, I want to use the V10 Free Edition.
I downloaded V10 but the installation wouldn’t allow me to use V10 unless I paid for the upgrade to V10 Pro.
I’m currently stuck with V10 installed but am unable to use it without paying for the PRO upgrade. Help!

If you had a V9 Pro and “didn’t purchase that at the time with the lifetime upgrades” then you would normally have to purchase V10 to continue to use V10 as your V9 Pro licence only includes “all V9 updates”.
So if V10 Pro features are not necessary “as you advised” and you have already installed it, you can then revert back to V9 Pro with the full features again via following the following eM Client support link.
