I am trying to set up groups. The intuitive method to me would be to add a contact folder under the contact account, but I get an error message telling me that this method is not supported. How do I add groups?

I guess this reply is suppose to mean something. I already knew that it wasn’t working since I got an error message. Got any clue how I can create groups and categories. What do I have to do the get Tools-Categories to work?

I am sorry but I was confused by your description, I thought that you were trying to add groups other way… my bad and I apologize for this.
anyway can you try this: click on left bar on button “Contacts” - in toolbar on gray arrow next to “new” button and select “distribution list…”
there you can make categories fro contacts.
