Grey Folders Won't Disappear

I have about 4 greyed out folders that won’t vanish when I my clear my trash. It’s annoying. Please help.

P.S. I’m not computer illiterate but if you have a solution please list it step by step so that I don’t mess up. :slightly_smiling_face:

Are they TRASH sub-folders?
A screenshot would help

@periodicstorm If you have an IMAP email account, go into your email / webmail online via a browser and delete the folders. Then close and reopen EM Client and the ghosted folders should be gone.
