Great program yet it stumbles . . .

About a month ago I lost all of the saved e-mail placed in each mailbox and have not been able to get them back. Just today I ran a boottimescan with Avast! with the following report:

File C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\tmpB31A.tmp.msi|>eMClientHelp.cab Error 42144 {OLE archive is corrupted.}”

Which I immediately went in and DELETEd the corrupted archive then closed ‘eMail Client’ and rebooted my system that returned all of my MISSING mail. I too have the problem of sending my mail from my laptop, Win7 64bit, yet my wife’s laptop, same software, works just fine. Downloaded the file for creating the ‘trace’ function as suggested and it creates NOTHING!! What is going on?
