Hello,

I use two mail-addresses for sending email. Both adresses have the same TLD of my organisation (a NGO, not a mail-provider). For both adresses I load a little picture up to Gravatar. 

I have the picture checked at the Gravatar - Homepage and it is displayed in all levels.

But in emclient it is not visible. There I only see the the big letters like there is no icon.

What shall I do?

Can you check that Download avatars from external sources is selected in Contact Settings.

This is checked. I see many icons from other persons. Also I see my own  eg. inside the forum.emclient… 

I don’t see it with mails in emclient.
