Got a new laptop and key is not working my email address is [email protected]

You can only activate a license on one computer at a time. With a Free License, you will need to deactivate the license on the old computer first, before activating on the new laptop. If you want to use eM Client on both, you can register a second Free License using a different email address.

With a Pro License, you can deactivate the license using the License Manager if you no longer have access to the old computer.
