Version 7 installed over V6 yesterday - it has been displaying message: “Going Offline - this operation may take some time to complete. Please be patient” 
for about 10 hours - what’s going on?

Please Help!

I just installed a MS Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 and I also installed a newer version off the latest eMail Client, but now I too see the same error as Martin (above post)  I let it run overnight and after hours - it’s still in this same frozen or stuck state.  I do have a copy of my main data post office file in a save secondary location from I believe version 6.x.  I’ll attach my Screenshot here too and can you please help me?  Thank you ahead of time!

It also said while trying to run the program for the 1st time that I had to downgrade to a lower version and I clicked OK…
