@go-plus.net email address through utility warehouse

My @go-plus.net email account was opened and previously managed by Utility Warehouse. It is now on the em client platform. All was working well but now my password is not working and if I try to set a new password, authentication fails. How can I regain access to my email account please?

Go to “Menu / Accounts” and click on your Go-Plus.net email account. Then click either the POP or IMAP Tab along the top (depending on your account type), and update this thread with your Incoming Mail Server, Port and Security Policy.
