Are you saying the error “pops up” but you are still able to send email?
What are your eMC SMTP settings?
Any errors in the Operations|LOG tab?
Yes - I think the email still works.
Settings are below:
Host: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587
Security Policy: Force usage of SSL/TLS
Typically this is because something is interfering with the connection. As a test, can you completely disable any anti-virus, firewall, proxy or VPN, then try send again. Sometimes even restarting your router may resolve this.
