Gmail / Google Play emails are blank

My Google Play emails from my Gmail account are long, multi-colored, and blank! Any ideas on how I can get these emails to be shown?

Hi,
can you please send me one of the emails exported to .eml file to my email ([email protected]).
There’s a known issue to us with specifically Google Play emails, however the issue is based within the sended emails so it can not be currently resolved from our side.

But send me the message so I can make sure it’s the same issue.

Hi Greg, I’ve just replied to your email, this is unfortunately Google’s issue as this is only occurring with their emails for quite a while now, and since it’s an issue of the message, I’m afraid Google’s the only one who can resolve this at the moment.

But if you come across any other emails except the ones from Google Play, that are displayed incorrectly or if you come across any other issues or questions, let us know, we’ll be happy to help.
