Gmail does not set up correctly

Cannot get gmail to sync with eM Client. It did at first, not it does not. I cannot re-create the error. No email, contact, folders – all empty

Hi,
what version of eM Client are you using? Does it sync when you click on Send and Receive maybe?
Can you make a screenshot of your IMAP settings from the Tools > Accounts window?

Hi, sorry for the late. By any chance do you use two step verification on your gmail account? That might be causing the issue with the account.
Also you could try going into Diagnostics and try to diagnose the account if there’s any errors popping up.
