Gmail connection failed

Hello,
i test the em client for the fist time and vor all my other emails it works well. But i get no Connection for my Gmail adress. it looks the Chat, calender is working … but for email i get an error

i check double the settings of IMAP and SMTP, the authorization in google for the app is given. also the aktivation of IMAP in Gmail, with other clients i have no problem.

I hope someone can help to find whats happend.

I tried to turn off Avast but can’t. Turned off fire wall but same problem.

Really? Why not search Google for an answer… hint: use this as the search criteria “how to stop avast antivirus” or some other criteria of your choice!!!

Same problem. I changed my AV (from Avast thru Avira)…
