Since yesterday the connection to my Gmail Account is extremely slow, download (or search) in my account is practically impossible. I have three licences of EMClient, it appears the same problem on different installation (and different computers and networks). Also, access through browser to my primary Gmail account works flawlessly.
The second email account on other server works just fine. However, when I add my secondary Gmail account, it also works just fine.
Uninstall and new installation - nope, does not solve the problem.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for help.

As this just happened with only one of your Gmail accounts and it’s the same issue on your other installations with eM Client but it works at normal speed via accessing that Gmail account in a browser, it sounds like to me some sort of “Gmail mail server port routing problem” to you via the regular mail client IMAP or POP Gmail ports compared to the browser webmail port.
Could be that particular Gmail account might be now hosted at a different IP address and the routing to you now might have changed so then all your eM Client installations suddenly go slow with that Gmail account, compared to your other Gmail accounts which are quick in eM Client.
Or Google might have a current problem with “one of their mail servers atm” where this particular Gmail mailbox is hosted and causing the slowness all of a sudden. Google do have mail server issues from time to time. They usually resolve automatically though within 24-48 hours.
First try rebooting all your computers and modems, routers switches in the premesis (if you haven’t already) incase it’s a local modem or hardware problem at your place or premises.
Also if you are running any optional firewall / security programs or optional antivirus programs or VPNs, try completely disabling those to test incase of any interference with the Gmail mail port.
Apart from that, I would contact Google directly via either their community forum (or phone if you are a payung Google customer) to check if there is any current known Gmail mail server problems atm.
Thanks for your suggestions.
Just shortly in points:
- rebooting PCs, routers, also tried connecting via Hotspot on mobile phone - no change
- firewall and defender - disabled - no change
I didn´t try to set up account with POP protocol, I am not sure, how it will work with folders in Inbox (also, I am aware of the fact, that there are problems with Gmail POP3 configurations).
Also, I didn´t try setup or install other email client to test the connection.
Your conclusion seems logical - it is not the problem with Emclient installation or setup, it seems to be Gmail server problem.
I didn´t try to set up account with POP protocol,
No need to try setting up a POP Gmail. It was only if you were already using that. Most peeps have now changed or are already now running Gmail IMAP accounts as per the new Gmail policy since the start of the year. I suspect yes its just some Google / Gmail mail server issue as it happened all of a sudden.
