Whenever I reply to an email the address has quotation marks and is causing problems. Contact list does the same. It is very time consuming to have to remove them manually.

It is standard behavior to put the e-mail’s display name into quotation marks. Could you please post a screenshot of what do you mean by saying “the address has quotation marks” and what problems does it cause? Do you get an error message of some kind? If that is the case, could you please post a screenshot of the error/any message that the program displays?
