Hi guys,
I have a couple of friends who had EM Client V7 with free licenses which been fine.
They have recently upgraded to V8 and their old licenses now say it’s not valid for the pc.
They only have single computers and are not trying to use the same licence on another PC.
The only thing that’s happened recently is that they had to get new motherboards & video cards. Could be the licenses are hardware dependent & now need a new licence each ?
I have tried deactivating & reactivating the licenses on their Win 10 pc’s but not helping.
