Getting a Red Flag on one of my accounts

I have 2 accounts and one has stopped working. It has a red flag saying: There may be a temporary error from server or there are incorrect account settings. Please help.

If you haven’t changed anything in your account setup and its just suddenly stopped working, i would check with your mail box server support incase they currently have a mail server outage.

Also check with them if they have changed any mail settings recently. Sometimes that happens.

Thanks. Both accounts are gmail and just one stopped working. Both have same settings. If there is any other reason please help.

Ok as both accts are Gmail IMAP accounts, if you can access both ok via a browser, i would then suggest to “remove the Gmail account from eM Client that stopped working” and re-add it back via the automatic mail setup wizard.
