I created a new FWD rule, and it works, but does not pick up the template I customized (named it FWD) under SETTINGS → MAIL → TEMPLATES AND SIGNATURES (please see picture 1). Can we get it to work or just a “plain” FWD is possible?
Shall I change something on REPLIES AND FORWARDS too? (please see picture 2)
