Full email server

I have recieved an email that space on my email server is full. How can I archive all the mails on eM client to my disc and make free space on email server. Thank you

simply open Tools - Settings - Mail and use the Automatic Archiving feature.

Thank you George. When I am in setting there is no option MAIL, so i cant find automatic archiving faeture. I searched whole software. I have a free version 4.0.15145.0

Is there some another option? thank you
