From field not showing all email accounts

Hi.

Running 5.0.18661.0 Pro license

I have three email accounts set up. Two are gmail and one is our local ISP charter.net.

I have emails received to the charter.net account but when I forward or reply to them, it defaults to one of the gmail accounts and the From selection drop-down only shows the two gmail accounts.

Also trying to send a new email from the Charter account also shows just the Gmail email addresses.

All three accounts are set up as IMAP and the Charter account is set up correctly as far as I know.

Let me know if there is another setting that I’ve missed or if I can do anything to help troubleshoot the issue.

Apparently, the Charter.net account does not have configured SMTP service so I recommend you to re-create the account and set it manually. Simply click Tools - Accounts - New account - Mail - Other and click Next. New window will appear where you should be able to configure the account manually.

Ahh, I see that now.

I’ll try this as soon as I have a chance and let you know how it goes.
