I keep having problems with sending Mails (sometimes, it works). Receive Mails is no problem.
My first try was to deactivate my VPN. But I have still the same Problems.
Is someone here with the same issue?

I dropped GMX, I use my own domain there are no problems with that, it costs the same for full usage.

You can use either of the following SMTP secure Port setting with eM Client.
Port 587 = Force usage of SSL/TLS
Port 465 = Use SSL/TLS on special port (legacy)
If none of these work, then click the dropdown on the right of Refresh" and clicking “Show Operations” and clicking the “Log tab”. Look for obvious sending error messages and paste them in this thread and we might then be able to see why you are having sending problems.
Also apart from your VPN which I see you tried disabling, if you have any other eg: optionally installed firewall / security program or optionally installed antivirus program “other than what comes default with you OS” try completely disabling those to test incase of interference.
