The “Operations” box is a nuisance preempting whatever other application you are using whenever it pops up. I do not recall this happening very often if at all in the past. There is NOTHING in settings that I can find to select how often the eMClient checks for new mail.
How is that done? Can you cause the action to be background instead of preempting other applications ?
