The client freezes when I try to print.
I use Chrome but when I set IE as default it still freezes.
I like eM Client in want to use it but I need to print.
Any solution?
Hi, can you please download this tool (http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe) and run it while the application is frozen?
Just try to replicate the issue, and when the application freezes open the tool downloaded and it will generate an output file.
Please send the output file to my email - [email protected].
Also what version of eM Client are you currently using?

No solution still, keeps crashing…
Hi Ton, I have not received the data I’ve asked you for, can you please send me any crash report errors you’re seeing, or create the Dump file if the application freezes?
