freeform enter time on meetings or tasks

PLEASE can someone make entering time’s for meetings and tasks easier…it takes two hands now…other platform all you to just type in 6:30am and have a generic default…here i have to always change the time, by clicking the mouse on the 6, then hit 6 on the keyboard, then move mouse to 30, then hit 30 on keyboard then move mouse to AM/ PM…it’s a lot of clicking

You can use the [arrow right] and [arrow left] key to move from hours minutes AM/PM.

No need to use the mouse.
